Shipping policy

All Old Gold Studio pieces are shipped via Express Post with full insurance, tracking, and signature on delivery. Each item is packaged securely and handled with care to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
•     Express Post (Insured & Signature Required): $25.00 AUD
•     Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping
•     International Express (Insured & Signature Required): $75.00 AUD 
•     Delivery times vary by destination, generally 5–10 business days.

Insurance
All orders are shipped with Extra Cover insurance for the full value of the piece. This protects against loss or damage during transit.

Signature on Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. If you are not home, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
